Carlini Ministries (CM) exists to advance the kingdom of God through purposeful discipleship in local churches across the globe that lasts for generations. CM serves local pastors and churches in international communities by bringing enriched biblically based teachings to pastors, church leaders, and congregations through pastoral conferences, personal discipleship, and training programs focused on personal accountability, discipleship, and mentoring.
CM’s divine calling and purpose is to advance the kingdom of God through global discipleship by equipping pastors and leaders, who empower local congregations and then influence local communities for His purposes across the globe.

CM, under the leadership of President Tom Carlini, stands as a beacon of expertise and experience in the realm of ministry education and support. Pastor Tom’s impressive credentials, including a Ph.D. in Theology, over 25 years as a missionary, and nearly two decades as a pastor, exemplify a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God.
The extensive international experience, leading mission groups to countries including Mexico, Honduras, Haiti, Uganda, Kenya, and Turkey, demonstrates a global perspective and a genuine understanding of diverse cultures and contexts.
Pastor Tom is the president of Theos Bible College. His leadership, framed by the Apostle’s directive to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2, “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” (NKJV) showcases a commitment to equipping leaders for effective teaching and ministry.
The personal touch is evident in Pastor Tom’s ongoing, consistent mentorship of pastors in Mexico, Uganda, and Turkey. His involvement in City Pastors, an organization born out of a desire for meaningful relationships among pastors and their communities, further emphasizes the importance of genuine connections in ministry.
