Global City Pastors provides pastors in developing nations with access to seasoned ministry leaders—like you—who will walk with them, pray with them, and pour into them through regular virtual meetings and relational support.

We don’t believe in one-time events—we believe in ongoing relationships. That’s why Global City Pastors is designed to be a 12-month commitment, with Carlini Ministries providing guidance, structure, and resources to help both pastors grow.

When pastors are strengthened, churches are empowered. As relationships develop, partner churches will begin to share encouragement, resources, testimonies, and spiritual gifts across cultural and national lines. From sermon preparation and leadership development to prayer and accountability, these partnerships cultivate a spirit of unity in the Body of Christ.
