Ministry Update: Cuba & Mexico Missions Trip

Three Weeks of Salvation, Healing, and God’s Overflowing Grace

This past month, I had the privilege of spending three powerful weeks in Cuba and Mexico—three weeks filled with salvations, healings, long travels, unexpected blessings, and the unmistakable presence of God moving among His people.

CUBA: Havana → Holguín → Havana

I landed in Havana on my birthday and immediately joined a group of church leaders for a 14-hour cross-country drive to Holguín. Even the long journey felt like ministry had already begun. We prayed in every state we traveled through.

In Holguín, I led a church leaders’ meeting and ministered in two congregations—the Velasco and Mateo churches. These communities were recently impacted by Hurricane Melissa, and it was an honor to deliver supplies and donations to help them rebuild. The services were powerful, and God moved mightily as many were saved and several experienced physical healing.

Afterward, we returned to Havana for a city-wide church conference and a beautiful baptism service in the ocean. God continued to save, restore, and heal. One unforgettable evening, I shared dinner in a pastor’s home where there was no electricity or running water—yet their joy overflowed. To my surprise, they even arranged a Mariachi band to celebrate my birthday. Their generosity in the middle of hardship deeply touched my heart.

MEXICO: Cancun → Mérida → Oxkutzcab

Pastor Felipe and I then flew to Cancun Mexico, where I ministered in several churches, including many new and growing congregations. One service took place in a small village with many attendees from a nearby AA facility. That night, over 20 people were saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit. God is raising up a mighty work among them!

We continued to Mérida, ministered in several churches, and then traveled to Oxkutzcab, ministering to pastors, leaders, and congregations along the way. In a small Mayan village, we held an outdoor service where many gave their lives to Christ and received healing. Once again, I was surprised with a birthday celebration—this time complete with a piñata!

I also had the opportunity to minister in a men’s rehabilitation center. I shared a devotional, prayed with the men, and spent time fellowshipping. God’s presence was strong, and hearts were touched.

KINGDOM IMPACT

Across Cuba and Mexico, I preached 20 sermons, prayed countless prayers, and offered encouragement everywhere God opened a door. Over these three weeks, I witnessed:

  • Hundreds of salvations

  • Many physical healings

  • Fresh outpourings of the Holy Spirit

  • Deep encouragement for pastors, leaders, and churches

  • Unexpected moments of joy, celebration, and friendship

I am grateful beyond words for all God did and for every person who prayed, supported, and partnered with me on this trip. The harvest is plentiful, and these nations are wide open to the Gospel.

Thank you for standing with me in this work for the Kingdom!
